“A writer to watch” Guardian
“Joelson’s writing is just so sharp and she is a fantastic storyteller. It’s very rare to find a YA book that is just so equally strong in terms of plot, characters and the writing.”
Delightful Book Reviews
“Penny Joelson gave a fantastic presentation to 295 Year 7, 8 and 9 students. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and they gave some great feedback. She also did a workshop with 35 students and this was also a huge success. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other schools..”
